If you are passionate about making a difference, we are looking for a Sr. Clinical Account Manager for the East Region responsible for ensuring excellent clinical outcomes with our surgeon partners as well as with clinical study cases. This field-based position interacts with internal and external personnel to plan, coordinate, and execute a cross-functional strategy to exceed growth goals. Candidate must live in Eastern U.S. The role will report to the Senior Director, Clinical Accounts.
Where you will make an impact:
Provide clinical support to new arthroplasty users (surgeons and distributors) to ensure best possible outcome.
Identify and manage ongoing training needs for key customers, OR support staff and sales teams.
Attend clinical study surgical cases at assigned locations.
Align with Regional Managers on strategic arthroplasty targets within their territory for clinical meetings.
Work in coordination with the internal marketing team to execute strategies for Centinel products based on marketing programs and externally facing commercial initiatives.
Work in coordination with marketing and sales training team to develop training curriculum to advance, competitive technology knowledge, and company awareness. Will include leading and executing internal and field based training initiatives.
Work in coordination with field-based Market Develop Managers, Regional Sales Managers and internal Marketing to execute engagement plans to facilitate the surgeon relationships and utilization of Centinel technology.
Knowledge of AdvaMed and federal guidelines related to the healthcare industry or any federally regulated environment. Demonstrated relationship building skills with the ability to liaise between healthcare professionals and Centinel including Sales, Marketing, MedEd, Reimbursement, Clinical Operations and Product Development.
Assist in the team hiring and also assist in the team training processes.
Manage progress to current goals for the respective team East.
Partner with Operations and Marketing to ensure the proper communication is provided to all corporate disciplines and departments.
Work closely with corporate management, surgeon advisors and marketing personnel with the objective of executing corporate objectives, identifying strategic opportunities and advancing Centinel’s corporate philosophy.
Educate clinicians, sales personnel and distributors to assure that they comply to applicable regulatory commitments and understand the specifications and purposes of prodisc products.
Work with Quality Assurance to assure compliance to all quality system/regulatory requirements.
What you will bring:
Direct interaction with surgeons and medical personnel for training, and supporting the clinical use of the prodisc portfolio. This is supplemental to Medical Education efforts.
Demonstrated ability to accurately and effectively manage processes to ensure timely implementations and outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and escalate challenges appropriately.
Demonstrated ability to work with others diplomatically, and effectively, on challenging subject matter

Ability to adapt to constant changes in workflows
Where you will go:
Remote field based position in East territory.
Up to 75% travel with some weekends.
