About the opportunity:
If you are passionate about making a difference, we are looking for an Account & Inventory Manager. This an on-site position from 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday that collaborates with Distributors, Regional Sales Managers and product inventory logistics necessary to perform surgical procedures. This role reports to the Director, Asset Management.

 

Where you will make an impact:

  • Coordinate inventory required to support surgical procedures in the Centinel Distribution Network.
  •  Monitor timely return of loaner inventory from distributors.
  •  Retrieve excess inventory from distributor and return it to West Chester facility.
  • Collaborate and influence results to get our inventory to its final surgical destination.
  • Communicate to the distribution network and Regional Sales Manager expired or soon to expire inventory in distributors warehouse.
  • Coordinate the transfer of inventory in the field between distributors to support surgical procedure.
  • Perform inventory transactions in ERP system for instrument sets, implant banks and individual implants.
  • Make recommendations, and once approved, implement process and procedure changes required to improve overall inventory efficiency.
  • Manage key customer and internal relationships.
  • Interface with Quality as required in complaint handling, recalls / advisory notices and other quality management system / regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining departmental and functional SOP’s and maintain 100% compliance to company-wide SOP’s and FDA QSR requirements.
  • Assist in processing Surgery requests in our ERP system.
  • Process documents to move product lot numbers, replenish inventory to consigned sets and extended inventory in our ERP system.
  • Verifies Surgeon, Distributor trainings and contracts are system confirmed.
  • Available for rotational monthly on-call text and email coverage on weekends.
  • Ability to answer incoming communication throughout the day, problem solving, and understanding how to address needs.
  • Work with Management Team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any company policies.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Centinel Spine Management.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Logistics or related preferred (e.g., BA, BS).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, inventory management and/or logistics.
  • Strong Analytical and computer skills (Heavy Excel use and ERP experience).
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to coordinate competing requirements and determine the best outcome to accomplish priorities.
  • High organizational skills while working in multiple systems at a time.
  • Experience within the orthopedic or medical market preferred but not required.

Where you will go:

  • This position is on-site 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday in West Chester, PA. 
  • Up to 10% travel for field audits at distributor locations.
