Avionica, LLC. delivers robust, reliable, innovative aviation products and services to diverse customers, including airlines, aircraft, engine and avionics manufacturers, maintenance facilities, regulatory agencies, safety boards, and militaries worldwide. We are looking for a Sales Support Intern to become a part of our dynamic team!

The Sales Support Intern will obtain valuable experience working in a fast-paced environment assisting the Sales department with administrative functions and delivering superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Maintains customer communications regarding order processes as well as follows up on all orders
  • Works in coordination with the Sales Staff on customer collections
  • Maintains CRM Software to include customer information, leads and opportunities
  • Generates, submits and follows up with support and maintenance contracts
  • Coordinates travel arrangements, including visa processing
  • Coordinates meetings, company tradeshows and conferences
  • Completes required tasks in a timely fashion with minimal supervision

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in a business-related field
  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Ability to respond to multiple tasks in a controlled and detailed fashion
  • Ability to utilize Avionica proprietary software
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamic CRM a plus
  • Aviation industry experience and/or passion a plus
