Unfinished is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Audience Development Intern to join our team to broaden our existing audience and engagement in the most creative ways. As an Audience Development Intern, you will utilize your analytical and storytelling skills to propose a plan for our community growth and engagement across social channels such as Twitter, Discord, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This is a unique opportunity to assist in developing social media concepts for an emerging organization helping to build the future of our decentralized web. Responsibilities

  • Develop messaging and content for Unfinished social channels using brand voice

  • Create strategy pitches for ways to deepen our connection and engagement with our existing audience and execute upon approval

  • Research community development strategies across Twitter and Discord

  • Propose a plan for community building and engagement in Twitter and/or Discord

  • Asses & understand the diverse communities in our audience and how content resonates 

Experience / Skills

  • Interest in producing content with a design team 

  • Interest in learning new analytical tools

  • Experience analyzing audience data to identify gaps and opportunities 

  • Experience developing and executing social media strategy

  • Impeccable and creative communicator
