Location: Anywhere (working hours to overlap with UK/US)

Part-time (20+ hours per week) to Full-time

Aday is a direct-to-consumer brand with the aim to lift the standard for clothing through great design + a better supply chain. We’re a team of optimists (currently working remotely around the globe) and we’re dedicated to making positive changes in the world around us. We’re also pretty fun (if we do say so ourselves), and we strive to make each day interesting, challenging and rewarding.

We’ve raised over $10m in venture capital and were named one of the Most Innovative Companies in the World by Fast Company. You can read more about us in places like Fast Company, Vogue, Refinery29 + Conde Nast Traveler (and many more).

This Role

We're looking for someone who loves social media and curating online communities. You love being fully immersed with marketing channels, from Instagram to Slack, answering comments from customers with witty responses and thinking about what we should talk about next. You have the knack of finding the right people to partner with and how to build a community online.

We want to inspire our community to buy fewer clothes + own them longer, and want you to help us build this community.

You should be super excited about the following

  • Being very personable and responding quickly to comments
  • Making new friends online
  • Finding brands and influencers to partner with
  • Coming up with discussion topics for social media and our online community
  • Being part of the foundational team for an industry-disrupting brand

 Who are you?

  • You probably have 0-2 years experience at a startup in a fast-paced business environment.

  • You love to comment and respond to comments, creating a conversation online. You're incredibly kind, empathetic and personal and love to show that through written language.

  • You're strategic; you turn trends and performance into actionable insights. You love working with a team to understand how to change these insights into something tangible.

  • You’re excited to tell stories + inspire people to change the way they shop. You can work well with others to create this story (as well as creating it yourself)

  • You’re scrappy. You know how to get things done efficiently and with limited resources.

  • You're a self starter that is resourceful and able to act autonomously, with no fear of getting your hands dirty; you’re eager to learn and take on new projects. You love finishing projects.

  • You should be familiar with (or willing to learn) content editing software which could include InShot, Canva, Premier, iMovie etc.

  • You’re ready to build something new and be a core member of a small (but growing) and dedicated team.

If you think this is you, please apply with your CV and share what you would like for us to talk about on instagram next.
