ADAY is looking for an individual to build our finance and forecasting team. Within this role, you will be a key player in scaling and iterating these functions while part of a rapidly growing company. You will report directly to our Co-Founders / Co-CEOs and collaborate closely with the e-commerce ops, product and marketing teams.

In a “typical” week, you will manage our cash flow, perform KPI analysis, oversee accountants, optimize inventory efficiency and work cross-functionally to strategize and execute on what is needed for growth.

In a “typical” month, you will perform financial modeling, analyze fundamentals and forecast business performance. Moreover, you will analyze product performance, build strategies for agile planning and collaborate closely with the production team on purchase orders and supplier strategies. You will work through the monthly book close and send performance updates to our investors.

In a “typical” quarter, you will initiate and see-through long-term planning initiatives such as orders for evergreen and new, new product launches, supplier conversations regarding growth, and optimization by style. You will also create materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings and lead Board of Director communication for financial and inventory performance.

That being said, no role in a start-up is ever typical which means that your role will continue to evolve as our company does too!
