Location: Anywhere (working hours to overlap with UK/US)
Part-time (20+ hours per week) to Full-time

Aday is a direct-to-consumer brand with the aim to lift the standard for clothing through great design + a better supply chain. We’re a team of optimists (currently working remotely around the globe) and we’re dedicated to making positive changes in the world around us. We’re also pretty fun (if we do say so ourselves), and we strive to make each day interesting, challenging and rewarding.

We’ve raised over $10m in venture capital and were named one of the Most Innovative Companies in the World by Fast Company. You can read more about us in places like Fast Company, Vogue, Refinery29 + Conde Nast Traveler (and many more).

THIS ROLE
We're looking for an awesome individual to be fully immersed with all of our Content creation and editing efforts on both organic and on paid platforms. While you don't have to have the ability to create the content, you do need to be able to edit and storyboard and work with film directors, designers and photographers to create the end result. We want to tell stories to our customers and want you to help us do that. The structure of this role will be strongly influenced by personal interest and expertise.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Our ideal candidate is a highly creative and effective storyteller, structured and curious. You love to create and execute and you’re meticulous at details. You’re always creating, but you're very aware of other factors like inventory and consumer psychology in order to tell the most compelling story. You're a creative who is very driven by how many people get to see the story you're telling.

WHO ARE YOU?
- You’re excited about sustainable fashion, storytelling, storyboarding, editing video and photography (or working with someone else to), art direction and spreading Aday’s story far and wide.
- You have a strong portfolio of content you have created, which has had strong performance in the past (paid or organic).
- You love to tell stories and inspire people to change the way they shop.
- You can work well with others to create this story (e.g. working with a video editor and director, as well as creating it yourself on platforms, like Instastories).
- You’re scrappy.
- You know how to get things done efficiently and with limited resources.
- You're a self starter who is resourceful and able to act autonomously, with no fear of getting your hands dirty; you’re eager to learn and take on new projects.
- You love about what content has worked the best in the past and using these insights to improve content in the future.
- You’re focused on KPIs, as well as just storytelling.
- You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; you are able to pivot when things don't go as planned; you are used to working with limited resources both human and capital.
- You should be familiar with (or willing to learn) content editing software which could include Photoshop, InShot, Canva, Illustrator, Premier, iMovie etc.
- You're a strong communicator: you know how to talk and how to listen in remote, in-person, and written environments.
- You’re ready to build something new and be a core member of a small (but growing) and dedicated team.
