Creative and meaningful celebration of wins.
From our product, to our work culture, to our recruiting process, we strive to create an inclusive environment where people of all identities and backgrounds can be authentically themselves.
As our innovative Head of Product, you will be responsible for helping architect a vision for the ByteChek platform and a mission for our teams. You have experience in B2B SaaS product management, and will draw on your prior successes (and failures that you’ve learned from) to develop product pricing and positioning strategies, translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, and prioritize product requests from internal users and customers. Your strong technical background along with your experience in software development and web technologies will equip you to lead with confidence as we scale our product and team.
Collaboration is a strength of yours, and you have collaborated closely with engineers on architecture, design, and product decisions in your career. Maybe you have even worked at a startup before, and are familiar with the "all-hands-on-deck" environment that we thrive in. You’ll work with your team to write scope documents that define the user flow, requirements, and success criteria, and discover customer use cases to inform market opportunities. You will also enjoy engaging with field sales teams to guide aligning user objectives with product functionality. You love problem-solving, and are excited about working with our engineering leads to prioritize problems and determine between problems and features. Because of the collaborative nature of the role, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for providing context for both technical and business audiences. You are confident in managing all aspects of a successful B2B product throughout its lifecycle.
