We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Manager to build, oversee and manage field service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team of field service technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational processes. The Field Service Manager will act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring that all service activities align with organizational goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, supervise, train, and support a team of field service technicians.

  • Develop and implement service procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

  • Ensure timely and quality service delivery to customers, resolving issues promptly.

  • Maintain customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation for field operations.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on service metrics.

  • Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer support, to streamline service operations.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.

  • Manage inventory levels of service parts and equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in a field service management or supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.

  • Proficiency in field service management software and other relevant tools.

  • Experience in manufacturing equipment documentation, engineering and service

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management or service management is a plus.
