We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Manager to build, oversee and manage field service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team of field service technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational processes. The Field Service Manager will act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring that all service activities align with organizational goals and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Build, supervise, train, and support a team of field service technicians.

Develop and implement service procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Ensure timely and quality service delivery to customers, resolving issues promptly.

Maintain customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation for field operations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on service metrics.

Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer support, to streamline service operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.

Manage inventory levels of service parts and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in a field service management or supervisory role.

Experience in manufacturing equipment documentation, engineering and service

Preferred Qualifications:
