Responsibilities: 

  1. Conducting quality control tests and analytical procedures on raw materials and finished products.
  2. Additive processing operation (compounding):  Formula optimization and the incorporation of an odor-masking ingredient 
  3. Incorporation of additive to blown film and injection molding
  4. Degradation studies of both blown film and injection molding
  5. Shelf-life determination
  6. Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment and accurately documenting test results

Job Qualifications  

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or Engineering.  

  • Experience: 1-2 years of previous experience as a Lab Technician or in a similar role. 

  •  

Technical skills 

Understanding/experience in executing analytical test methods   

Data analysis  

Proficient in  Excel, and Word applications  

 

Management skills 

  • Excellent written and oral communication 

  • Excellent judgment and decision-making 

  • Excellent critical thinking 

  • Advanced problem solving
