Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for increasing sales of the Company, customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's experience. This is a huge opportunity for you to learn, grow and to come up with new ideas and proposals for the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate professional relationships with new customers, creating new leads and opportunities.
  • Giving sales presentations to customers.
  • Support presales activities.
  • Generating leads
  • Establishing sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineer or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in the plastic industry
  • Up to 1 year of experience in sales and/or training (preferred)
  • Strong background in technical sales
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30%.

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in Project Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (desired)
  • Advanced English proficiency

Management skills

  • Sales Account management
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Smart prospecting
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate in an energetic environment, building strong relationships.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
