Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for increasing sales of the Company, customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer's experience. This is a huge opportunity for you to learn, grow and to come up with new ideas and proposals for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate professional relationships with new customers, creating new leads and opportunities.
- Giving sales presentations to customers.
- Support presales activities.
- Generating leads
- Establishing sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineer or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in the plastic industry
- Up to 1 year of experience in sales and/or training (preferred)
- Strong background in technical sales
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30%.
Technical skills
- Proficiency in Project Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (desired)
- Advanced English proficiency
Management skills
- Sales Account management
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Smart prospecting
- Positive attitude and ability to collaborate in an energetic environment, building strong relationships.
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
