As a Level 2 Support Technician, your primary responsibility is to provide second-level support to Zartico Partners. This position may provide guidance to Jr., Interns, Level 1 Support Technicians and Sr. Level Support Technicians. This position will receive guidance from upper-level support on assignments and training.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze issues which have been escalated to L2
Perform fixes on ticket which do not require L3 (Engineering)
Escalate issues to L3 (Engineering) in a timely manner due to the severity of the issue
Clearly communicate status of L2 Support tickets
Run and monitor daily jobs
Collaborate with the Advisors/Operations/Engineers to define high-level requirements for support tickets
What you’ll bring :
Required Skills:
Python
Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage)
SQL
Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)CRM
Strong Problem solving skills
Nice-to-Haves:
1+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer
Fluency in SQL and a programming language
A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets
