Your Role: UX/UI Architect

Travel is continuing to change, and Zartico is growing quickly with it. This means we need to continue to build and ship products in alignment with our vision and mission as we grow and serve our destination partners.


As our UX/UI Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall look and feel of the ZDOS. Your mission will be to empower destination organizations to be better stewards of the world's tourist destinations through improved data intelligence and decision-making. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to create intuitive and easy to use designs. You should also have experience working with design tools such as Sketch and Figma, as well as a good understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will join the Product team and will be working closely with other members of our team to ensure our products meet the needs of our users.


What you'll do...

  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs and identify design opportunities

  • Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for the ZDOS

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure a consistent and integrated user experience

  • Continuously improve the design of the platform based on user feedback and performance metrics

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.


What you’ll bring..

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on SaaS or enterprise software

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, and Figma

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • An attention to detail - you know the devil is in the details and that understanding all the aspects and dependencies of any given project will allow you to drive the best results 

  • A collaborative attitude - you’re excited to be working with people from across the entire organization and are able to navigate different teams with varying objectives and priorities
