Your Role: Digital Adoption Platform Specialist


Travel is continuing to change, and Zartico is growing quickly with it. This means we need to continue to build and ship products in alignment with our vision and mission as we grow and serve our destination partners.


We’re looking for a thoughtful, enthusiastic and strategic Digital Adoption Platform Specialist to join the Zartico team. Your mission will be to empower destination marketing organizations to be better stewards of the world's tourist destinations through improved data intelligence and decision-making by being one of the product education team members responsible for the success of our product adoption.


Reporting to the Senior Product Education Manager, you will join the Product team and will be responsible for developing and executing solutions through our Digital Adoption Platform (currrently WalkMe) to support the ongoing adoption of our Destination Operating System. You’ll help define what in-product education will for each persona of user to enhance our digital adoption strategy for our wide range of users.



What you'll do...

  • Collaborate with the Product Education team and business stakeholders to define in-product education scope and requirements for the Zartico Destination Operating System®.

  • Be responsible for the digital adoption platform (WalkMe) within our tech stack

  • Create a full in-product onboarding experience for ZDOS® users as we scale

  • Deploy in-product notifications and announcements, and work collaboratively to develop the in-product content from within the Product Education content calendar

  • Create planning documents, build, test, deploy, and maintain in-product deliverables, including working with stakeholders to ensure published items are current, accurate, and relevant

  • Identify in-product education gaps and work to close them

  • Maintain the in-product solution by tracking all feature enhancements, deploying where appropriate, and communicating to stakeholders

  • Monitor and respond to reported bugs/issues. Work with support and our platform provider to resolve issues and to get the most out of the WalkMe tool, ensuring that expansion of Digital Adoption Platform is not hindered by technical or licensing limitations

  • Analyze data related to the use of the in-product solutions against various KPIs.

  • Complete testing and QC for all your content releases


What you’ll bring..

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in Customer Education or a related field at a software or technology company

  • Previous experience or awareness of software development and/or support and knowledge of Agile development models

  • WalkMe experience (certification is preferred, although not required)

  • Learning & development or instructional design experience is a plus

  • CSS and Jquery experience is an advantage

  • UX background is a plus

  • Proven ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate successfully under tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Curiosity - you’re driven to understand things deeply, aren’t afraid of asking questions, and love to tackle big problems

  • An attention to detail - you know the devil is in the details and that understanding all the aspects and dependencies of any given project will allow you to drive the best results 

  • A collaborative attitude - you’re excited to be working with people from across the entire organization and are able to navigate different teams with varying objectives and priorities
