Job Highlights

As a Strategic Associate you will be involved in all aspects of partner support for the Strategic Advisory team. You will have experiences with data analysis, creating presentations, responding to client partners, project management and follow through, and other account support.



What You’ll Do

  • Working within the Zartico Strategic Advising team, you will support the Strategic Advisors and client partners across the nation through project based needs. 

  • Use the Zartico Destination Operating System to build custom analysis presentations through insights, analysis and recommendations leading into Zartico client meetings

  • Assist in internal development of best practices by documenting procedures through Confluence (our internal Wiki)

  • Assist in developing best practices for presenting the analysis, visualizations, and presentation decks of the data.

  • Assist in providing quality assurance of imported data, working with the QA Release Manager, when necessary.


Primary Technologies Required:

  • Proficient with standard office productivity tools including Microsoft products, GSuite, Asana, Slack, and other project management software.

  • Experience with managing and manipulating data sets efficiently in Excel via Google Suite

  • Experience setting up Google slides through templates 

Experience and Mindset Needed:

  • College degree and 3-4 years minimum of experience in account management, project management, data analytics, statistics, tourism & hospitality, business management, and/or marketing.

  • A curious mind willing to learn how to understand data to build insights to connect to partners’ business strategies within a compelling storyline.

  • Experience managing multiple projects with multiple priorities.

  • Eager to learn, self-starter, team player, creative, and detail oriented.

  • Flexible in an ever-changing work environment with ever-changing needs of the Strategic Advisors supporting nearly 200 partners.

  • Quick learner - we face new challenges every day.

  • Passion for asking strategic questions to find the path to understanding.
