Our Strategic Advisors serve as insights therapists, neutral advisors, and educators. They are a sounding board for our partners to embrace KPIs by humanizing the data, identifying key stories to be told through the data, and creating strategic alignment within a partners’ organization. 



Job Highlights

Your voice will be heard, and your input respected, as a key advocate for Zartico and our partners. The Zartico team looks to the Advisory team for input across all key decisions.


As a Strategic Advisor, you will be involved in all aspects of account management and partner engagement.  With the support of Data Analysts and Data Scientists, you will help find insights that can be presented to our partners. You will help educate our partners through strategic playbooks and custom analyses specific to their destination. You will coordinate education opportunities to keep partners engaged and comfortable using the ZDOS®.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute project plans for partners within a defined territory to leverage Zartico capabilities based around the “Five Foundations of a Contemporary DMO.

  • Utilize data as a strategic ingredient for decision-making and destination outcomes.

  • Create and present insights and intelligence reports to the clients, as well as to clients’ stakeholders, such as their board of directors and key industry partners.

  • Be the knowledge partner for the client in finding solutions to everyday business challenges using insights from ZDOS®.  

  • Represent the voice of the client to provide input into the core product, marketing, and sales process as we continually evolve our product for the benefit of our partners.

  • Serve as the key contact for our partners’ C-suite to set up the annual project plan and determine how we can best integrate Zartico reporting and insights.

  • Tapping into your experience from previous positions, you will serve as an internal point-person of tourism expertise in which you have excelled, such as marketing, paid media, lodging, group sales, or other tourism-related fields.

Primary Technologies Required:

  • Comprehensive understanding of data analytics in tourism marketing and management.

  • Proficient with standard office productivity tools including GSuite, project management software, etc.


Experience and Mindset Needed:

  • 7+ years professional experience within the tourism industry, focused on data analytics, tourism  management, or strategic consulting.

  • BA/BS in a quantitative, tourism & hospitality, business management or marketing field.

  • A successful history of understanding data, building insights, and connecting data to business strategy.

  • Passion for asking strategic questions to find the path to understanding.

  • Ability to use data led insights to create a compelling storyline.

  • Quick learner - we face new challenges every day.

  • Think creatively and analytically to solve ambiguous problems with clarity and simplicity.
