As the Director of Sales, Agency & Channel Partnerships, you’ll lead the growth of Zartico’s agency and channel partner revenue, driving strategic expansion throughout travel and entertainment. This is a quota-carrying role focused on pipeline development, revenue acquisition, and channel activation, with the opportunity to build and scale a high-performing agency sales team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities & Performance Metrics

Revenue Ownership & Growth Strategy

  • Own and exceed annual net-new revenue goals.

  • Build a scalable pipeline of qualified opportunities, converting high-potential prospects into long-term commercial partners.

  • Develop strategic sales plays for expansion markets.

  • Lead discovery, pitching, and negotiation processes with senior agency executives and media planners.

Build and Lead the Agency Sales Team

  • Hire, onboard, and mentor a foundational team of 3–5 high-performing agency-focused AEs as growth is realized.

  • Define team structure, sales territories, comp plans, and performance benchmarks in collaboration with GTM leadership.

  • Foster a results-driven culture focused on pipeline generation, velocity, and revenue impact.

  • Deploy repeatable sales processes that scale across multiple verticals and agency types.

GTM Alignment & Enablement

  • Run agency-focused webinars, lunch and learns, demos, and training sessions that highlight Zartico’s capabilities in optimization and measurement.

  • Gather feedback from conversations for Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to refine value props and roadmap direction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in agency partnerships, ad tech sales, or B2B SaaS.

  • Proven success in building and leading sales teams in high-growth environments.

  • Strong network and experience working with media agencies, programmatic teams, and media planners.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills—comfortable pitching to VP and C-level buyers.

  • Familiarity with tools like DCO, programmatic platforms, DSPs, and measurement dashboards is a major plus.

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of revenue and scale operations.

Compensation for this role: $225,000+ OTE (On-Target Earnings), comprising a base salary and performance-based commissions tied to quota attainment.
