Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to execute product marketing and digital content initiatives that drive engagement and lead generation. This role will focus on creating and distributing compelling content, executing go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, and supporting sales enablement with tactical marketing execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing Execution

  • Develop and update sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, battle cards, and FAQs.

  • Execute product messaging across website pages, email campaigns, and sales collateral.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and gather market insights to support sales positioning.

  • Assist in the execution of product launch plans, ensuring materials and messaging are deployed on time.

Content Creation & Distribution

  • Write, edit, and publish content such as blogs, white papers, case studies, and video scripts.

  • Manage content distribution across social media, email, website, and paid channels.

  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady stream of marketing assets and campaigns.

Demand Generation Execution

  • Execute lead generation campaigns via email, paid media, and webinars.

  • Implement nurture sequences and track campaign performance in HubSpot.

  • Work closely with Sales to refine messaging and ensure marketing materials align with customer needs.

  • Monitor and adjust campaign performance based on analytics and KPIs.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Coordinate with the Product and Sales teams to update marketing materials and messaging.

  • Work with design and digital teams to ensure consistent branding across assets.

  • Assist in the execution of virtual and in-person events, including logistics and promotional content.

  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives with day-to-day execution and optimization.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in SaaS or B2B marketing, with a focus on tactical execution.

  • Hands-on experience in product marketing, digital content creation, and campaign management.

  • Strong writing skills and ability to create compelling, customer-focused content.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content distribution.

  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in MarTech, travel, tourism, or place-based marketing is a plus.

  • Candidate located in Salt Lake City, Utah is a plus. 

KPIs for Success
  • Content Production: Timely delivery of marketing assets and campaigns.

  • Lead Generation: Growth in MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.

  • Campaign Performance: Measurable improvements in email, social, and paid marketing effectiveness.

  • Sales Support: Enhanced effectiveness of sales enablement materials.

Compensation range for this role: $100,000 to $110,000 based on experience.
