We are seeking a Sales Specialist focused on Cloud & Cybersecurity solutions with three or more years of technology sales and account management experience, preferably with a SaaS, MSP, UCAAS, or IT solution provider.  
The Cloud & Cybersecurity Sales Specialist’s day-to-day tasks focus on growing their account list in their assigned territory. They are responsible for identifying and driving opportunities, whether they originate from a key technology partner, an inside sales escalation, or a new customer acquisition. Consistent communication and interaction with outside sales, sales support, technology partners, and potential customers is a must.  The ideal Cloud & Cybersecurity Sales Specialist generates, and nurtures leads, build pipeline, and closes opportunities. The ideal candidate has a working understanding of technology solutions, including:
  • Managed Services Offerings
  • Cybersecurity Solutions
  • Networking Technologies (i.e., SD-WAN)
  • Remote Worker Solutions
  • Cloud Solutions (i.e., Microsoft 365)
  • Voice & Collaboration Technologies
  • Other IT Solutions

Responsibilities
  • Seek out new Managed IT / Managed Office opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline
  • Self-starter: this individual will be representing a newer line of cloud products for Computex so must be able to partner closely with the marketing and product organization to develop strong value propositions for our clients
  • Partner with Leadership, Managed IT on continual business development processes
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position Computex products and services
  • Contribute to proposal development, QA verification, negotiations, and deal closings
  • Close warm leads identified by Sales Support
  • Identify new opportunities through various prospecting activities including cold calls and emails
  • Work closely with and support Business Technology Advisors / Sales Managers, provide technical expertise and support, and participate in client engagements up to C- level engagements for more complex solutions in smaller accounts
  • Establish a professional working and consultative relationship with the customer, by developing a core understanding of their unique business needs
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team
  • Always present a professional image to customers and technology manufacturers
  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of technology sales and field account management
  • CRM experience
  • Working knowledge of sales and marketing processes
