At ZeeMee we partner with more than 145 colleges and universities across the country. These are colleges that have been pioneers and innovators in collective enrollment. These clients deserve the absolute best from our team and we are here to ensure their success! 💪 As we have grown rapidly, we are wanting to add yet another Director of Customer Success to the team. This position is reserved for ZeeMee Super Users on the college side that are intimately familiar with ZeeMee and can provide the best insight and strategy to our clients. 🧡

Over the past 4 years, ZeeMee pioneered the movement for collective enrollment in Higher Ed and has experienced exceptionally rapid growth. 📈 The ZeeMee team works remotely and you will love collaborating and working on a daily basis with some of the most fun, loving, smart and passionate people you can imagine.

  • 💸 Salary of $65,000 - $75,000, plus commission, full benefits and stock options in a Top 100 social app.

Responsibilities

  • 😊Help our partners experience great amounts of joy and delight with the product

  • ✨Bring a joyful spirit to work everyday because you have the incredible job of working with our amazing clients

  • 🤝Work alongside and collaborate with our phenomenal Customer Success team on Slack and calls daily

  • ✍️Provide product feedback to the engineering team and help contribute to making the product better for our clients

  • 📧Facilitate client success by building relationships, providing customer support and strategizing with partner institutions

  • 🧾 Independently manage partner relationships, from onboarding to contract renewal and beyond

Qualifications

  • 🕰 5+ years in college admissions.(If you have never used ZeeMee on campus, then we encourage you to apply for other positions at ZeeMee)

  • 🎙Active on social channels such as LinkedIn and Twitter

  • 🎉 Passionate about customer success and helping partners leverage ZeeMee to achieve their enrollment goals

  • 📣 Can articulate the reason you are seeking a career in SaaS

  • ✏️ Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • 💡 Are comfortable with ambiguity - think of it as an opportunity to try new things!
