JOB TITLE: Creative and Brand Manager

Objective
The Creative and Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping and elevating the 10 Federal Storage brand across all marketing channels. This role will oversee brand consistency, lead creative content production, and manage internal and external design deliverables in support of corporate, investor, and customer-facing initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role blends strategy and execution, ensuring a unified and compelling visual identity that reflects 10 Federal’s position as a technology-forward storage leader.

Responsibilities
•    Lead and manage the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual and written communications.
•    Maintain and enforce brand guidelines and asset libraries.
•    Intake, brief, and quality-check all creative requests from internal stakeholders including Demand Generation and Capital Markets teams.
•    Lead all creative content development including decks, promotional materials, and short-form videos.
•    Script, storyboard, and coordinate the production of explainer and promo videos for marketing and investor engagement.
•    Own the planning and creative execution of investor-facing initiatives such as quarterly webinars, investor newsletters, and video content.
•    Collaborate with the Capital Markets team on content approvals, ensuring compliance and alignment.
•    Oversee social media strategy, content calendar, and execution—directing intern-produced content and monitoring performance via social listening tools.
•    Manage a quarterly brand audit process and report findings and recommendations to leadership.
•    Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure creative output aligns with business objectives and timelines.
•    Support website and digital content updates with brand-aligned visual and copy assets.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
•    3–5 years of experience in brand management or creative marketing roles.
•    Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to manage and execute across a range of media types (digital, print, video).
•    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
•    Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms for content delivery and email marketing.
•    Excellent project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
•    Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to tone, brand voice, and storytelling.
•    Detail-oriented and proactive in driving projects from concept to completion.
•    Experience with social media tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
