Through tailored programming and a trust-based approach, the Elevate Prize builds strong relationships with each winner and provides the tools and support for greater visibility and to also strengthen their organization. 



The Elevate Prize Foundation is seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications and supports the work of all members of the Marketing team. They will be responsible for the foundational and operational elements of our team, as well as supporting us in implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement in our mission to Make Good Famous. This is a full-time position based in Miami.


  • Provide organizational and logistical support across all Marketing campaigns and initiatives, including our annual Make Good Famous Summit. 

  • Coordinate and help organize the Marketing team, including, but not limited to, organizing agendas and invites, taking the lead on our project management tool (, managing our Google Drive, coordinating meetings, recording notes, supporting on social media community management, and more.

  • Work with the team to develop an annual content calendar of events and activities, particularly for our social media, newsletter and website. 

  • Oversee all of our merchandising, including inventory tracking and coordination, ordering, packing, and distribution. 

  • Support managers in the coordination of design, production, and printing of marketing materials, such as menus, business cards, notecards, banners, and promotional items.

  • Contribute ideas for our digital platforms, including website, social media, email newsletters, and blog posts, to engage and inspire our target audiences.

  • Proactively leverage trends and data insights to contribute creative, cut-through content ideas. 

  • Support in the development of briefs for external vendors and partners. 

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, gathering insights and contributing recommendations for optimization.

  • Manage Marketing’s platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Drive)  and maintain accurate, up-to-date records and status updates.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies across marketing and communications.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.


  • 2+ years of experience in communications or marketing. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English

  • Tremendous drive and a “roll up your sleeves” approach

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and mission-driven work.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
