The Elevate Prize Foundation is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Event Programming Manager. This role is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of programming for all Elevate Prize Foundation events, with a primary focus on our annual Make Good Famous Summit. The role will also be responsible for programming smaller events throughout the year, featuring Elevate Prize winners, partners, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Program Planning: Collaborate with the Elevate Prize Foundation team to develop a compelling and engaging program for the Make Good Famous Summit and other events. This includes identifying key themes, topics, and trends, as well as selecting and recruiting influential speakers and thought leaders.
Content Development: Craft innovative and thought-provoking sessions, presentations, and panel discussions that align with the mission and values of the Elevate Prize Foundation. Design engaging program formats that encourage audience interaction, meaningful conversations, and tangible outcomes.
Speaker Recruitment: Identify, engage, and secure high-profile speakers, experts, and change-makers who can inspire and captivate the audience. Build and maintain relationships with potential speakers, thought leaders, and influencers in the social impact space.
Speaker Briefing & Management: Conduct thorough research on confirmed speakers, ensuring a deep understanding of their expertise, achievements, and viewpoints. Develop comprehensive briefing materials, panel and conversation prompts and provide guidance to speakers to ensure they deliver impactful and relevant presentations.
Program Execution: Oversee the seamless execution of the program at events, including working with the production team to manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure the smooth flow of sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical requirements, audiovisual needs, and stage design are met.
Design and oversee the execution of regular public events at our Miami headquarters throughout the year, including additional offsite events as needed.
Collaborate across Elevate teams to ensure seamless communication and branding integrity is maintained for all public facing programming.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in program planning and execution for high-profile events, conferences, or summits, preferably in the social impact sector.
Strong background and understanding of social impact initiatives, global challenges, and innovative solutions. Experience in the media or entertainment space a plus
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including speakers, partners, and internal teams.
Creativity and a willingness to take risks to design and deliver unique and impactful programming experiences.
Strong research and analytical abilities to identify emerging trends, topics, and speakers in the social impact space.
Experience in speaker recruitment, briefing, and managing speaker relations.
Proficiency in event management tools and software is desirable.
