Calviri is an early-stage healthcare company building an exceptional immuno-oncology research team. We are seeking highly motivated scientists to join the company’s forward-thinking efforts in developing both diagnostic and vaccine products against cancer. Our goal is to end cancer worldwide and we think we have the technology to do it.

Our mission is to provide a broad spectrum of fundamentally different diagnostics and vaccines that either treat or prevent cancer. Calviri is focused on using frameshift neoantigens derived from errors in RNA synthesis and processing to provide these pioneering products. The company is currently engaged in the largest dog clinical trial conducted ever, to evaluate the efficacy of a vaccine to prevent dog cancers (https://www.cnn.com/2019/06/21/health/cancer-vaccine-dog-trial/index.html). Other human and dog clinical trials, including of novel design, are planned.

In this position, overarching responsibilities will the acquisition, analyses, management and updating of data generated from serological assays conducted on our portfolio of neoantigen microchip libraries. These are the basis of the company’s unique diagnostics and vaccines that will enable us to end cancer deaths. Other key responsibilities will include analyses of antibody and T cell immune responses in dogs and humans related to our vaccine trials. The candidate will require expertise in SAS, databases and clinical data standards. A successful candidate will show attention to detail, good time management, and excellent communication skills.

Job responsibilities:

  • Providing statistical programming and validations for data analyses
  • Determining and implementing optimal statistical analysis strategies
  • Working with investigators to optimize experimental design and analysis plans to maximize interpretable results
  • Reviewing, updating, improving, and creating new standard statistical program templates and macros
  • Curate sample database and study results in concordance with CDISC standards and controlled terminologies
  • Delivery of SDTM datasets, ADaM or analysis datasets, statistical tables, listings, and figures (TLFs), data reconciliation reports, and other internal and external reports.
  • Access, extract, transform and loading (ETL) of data from disparate sources in a variety of formats into database repositories or SAS files
  • Experience working with cloud base architecture in Azure

Minimal Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in statistical sciences, mathematics, computer science or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years research experience related to the responsibilities outlined
  • Solid understanding of CDISC, SDTM and ADaM data structures
  • The ability to comprehend new concepts and integrate new approaches quickly
