Superstar Baccarat Croupiers for New LIVE Game Show

Avantage® Entertainment is a new global entertainment brand focused on mobile and online gaming of sports and high-end table games. From the beginning our vision has been to become the People’s Choice of premium online gaming experiences.
We are seeking professional, top-class Croupiers to join our cast and help us take our unique Baccarat game to the next level. High-end Baccarat and/or Craps table experience is preferred. In addition, Croupiers must be bilingual or multilingual (reading, writing, speaking). Initial languages are English + Mandarin, Cantonese and/or Japanese with additional positions geared toward other languages to follow. Please see additional requirements below.
The role will oversee gaming functions and timing at the table in our Live Baccarat Game Show in a personable, professional manner. Have a look at our promo reel to get a sense of the Avantage® Baccarat Live Studio Show.
Our August shoot will take place in a Las Vegas studio. Initially, shows will be scheduled to occur over specific days and hours, then gravitate to 24/7 over time. Show times will be based upon Asian time zones for Baccarat and the initial launch will take place in Asia. Chosen candidates with work both remotely and on site.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Availability and capacity to commit to approximately 20+ hours per week, on average
- Commit to and pass training to become versed in Avantage Baccarat game rules and play strategies in order to proceed to Avantage Croupier status
- Croupiers will be on camera and deal in 3-hour show blocks with the potential to deal in more than one block/day
- Availability and capacity to be scheduled and/or on call for show hours
- Must be or able to become proficient and stylish in use of a Baccarat Paddle and/or Craps Stick
- Move quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced broadcast environment
- Collaborate with the technical team, studio team, Avantage personnel and others to ensure a quality visual presentation to our audience
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of Baccarat
- Minimum 2 yrs experience serving as High-Limit and Private Table Baccarat or Craps Croupier
- Excellent mathematical skills and instant understanding of card combination values
- Friendly and professional demeaner and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of how to manage flow and focus at the Table
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work at night
- Extremely responsible, mature, committed and calm under pressure - a leader committed to delivering great quality and results
- Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
- A strong desire to work as part of a team in a highly collaborative environment
