Charismatic and Fun Baccarat Players For New Game Show

Avantage® Entertainment is a new global entertainment brand focused on mobile and online gaming. From the beginning our vision has been to become the People’s Choice of premium iGaming experiences.

We are casting for outgoing, on-camera comfortable, experienced Baccarat players who want to try their hand at a new kind of Baccarat. Avantage® Baccarat is a social game that will stream live across various parts of the world featuring 6 players with virtual seats at our table. In addition to playing, cast members will be entertaining fans playing along remotely. The game features twists on traditional Baccarat that promote competition, camaraderie, entertainment and fun.

Avantage has 2 versions of our game – Streamer and Live Studio. We are currently casting for our Streamer Game. Our target is to launch our first release of the game in Q2/Q3 2023 and will initially be streaming to various regions of Asia. We are seeking ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENT personalities who are BILINGUAL OR MULTILINGUAL in MANDARIN, JAPANESE and/or CANTONESE who would like to be Players in our new game on an ongoing basis. Our first production will be in English, followed soon by other languages. TO BE CONSIDERED, PLAYERS must speak on or more of the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese, Cantonese, Korean AND speak, read and write English. 

While we are casting for experienced Baccarat players, Content Creators, Real Personalities and Actors are encouraged to apply as training will be provided. These are ongoing, unscripted roles with flexibility in scheduling after the initial training period. Qualified candidates can work remotely from anywhere.

Our initial launch will be in Asia. To start, the schedule will feature 63 hours of shows during the week Japan Time. The proposed schedule is as follows: Three 3-hour shows per day (9 hours total) Monday through Sunday. Ultimately, show hours will gravitate to 24/7.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be scheduled or on call for the hours listed above
  • Players will be on camera and stream in 3-hour blocks with the potential to stream more than one block/day
  • Commit to and pass training to become versed in Traditional Baccarat and Avantage Baccarat game rules and play strategies in order to proceed to Streamer status
  • Work closely with Avantage staff and contractors regarding all aspects of planning and production

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Traditional Baccarat, preferably with experience playing the game
  • Bilingual and multilingual (English + Mandarin, Japanese, Cantonese and/or Korean
  • Fun, outgoing, engaging personality
  • 1+ year on-camera experience as a live-streamer/social media influencer, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and additional languages relevant to project
  • A clear speaking voice with excellent pronunciation
  • Dependable WIFI
  • Equipment to enable streaming on-camera live streaming usually consisting of a desktop/laptop, camera and microphone.
  • Must:
  • be computer literate
  • be able to multi-task as you will be on camera, playing in the game and communicating - both on and off air - with your fellow Players, Director, Producer and other staff, etc.
  • have quiet, dedicated area and equipment to participate in live streaming
