Job Summary

Adagene is looking for a Research Associate with biology, biochemistry, chemistry or other related disciplines. We are looking for a dedicated result-driven Research Associate who is interested in a career in clinical research to develop innovative immune-oncology medicines.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in activities related to development and validation of multiplex IHC assays, multi-color Flow cytometry assays, MSD assays.
  • Perform biomarker testing of patient specimens from clinical trials, and conduct data analysis.
  • Maintain lab instruments, including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Support procurement function for the lab including ordering reagents and office supplies.
  • Assist in administrative supports as required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other related disciplines with 4+ years of experience in related field.
  • At least 1-2 years experiencing working in a research lab.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience and understanding of molecular and cellular biological techniques directly applicable to the projects (i.e., FACS, MSD, IHC) is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other related disciplines with 4+ years of experience in related field.
  • At least 1-2 years experiencing working in a CLIA lab environment. 


Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience and understanding of molecular and cellular biological techniques directly applicable to the projects (i.e., FACS, MSD, IHC) is strongly preferred.
  • Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) experience preferred.
