What You'll Do

As an Operations Associate, you will create a positive experience for our clients and ensure that our office runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing essential paperwork for clients and prospects, including new accounts, transfers, contributions, and beneficiary updates.

- Maintaining organized client files and ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations.

- Build and nurture ongoing relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication.

- Support office coverage and help with seminars and events as directed.

- Manage updated client records using our CRM system and follow up on outstanding transactions.

 

What We're Looking For

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage multiple projects while working under deadlines. To be successful in this role, you should possess:

 

· Experience in wealth management or finance is a must

· Familiarity with LPL Client Works is a plus

· Financial licenses a plus but not required

· Attention to detail and accuracy in work, ability to work fast and accurately is important

· Professional demeanor and appearance

· Interpersonal skills: able to effectively and professionally interact with others

· Excellent written and verbal communication via phone, email, in person, etc.

· Excellent and proactive organizational and time management skills

· Ability to multi-task efficiently, manage workload, take a proactive approach to problem

· An authentic commitment to serving others with compassion and dedication.

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SalesForce, Outlook, and general computer skills

Our office is located in San Ramon. Monday through Friday, the salary range depends on experience and qualifications; medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans are available after a 90-day probationary period. Must submit to fingerprinting and pass a background check. Room for advancement.
