About The Position
Customer Operations manages client projects and objectives across retail planning and execution and leverages best in class innovative technologies to deliver high quality, scalable virtual content and insights. We enable customers, through expert methodology and powerful insights, and best in class tools, to make confident and informed business decisions that yield an ongoing ROI. We are made of up three key areas of expertise: Customer Success, Insights, and Virtual Content & Operations. We utilize deep cross-functional knowledge to cohesively execute customer priorities on time, on budget and at highest quality.
As a Manager, Insights, you will lead client research projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that findings and recommendations address the core challenges and objectives of our retail and CPG clients. In this role, you will manage the execution of both standardized and custom research initiatives, create high-quality deliverables, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client research projects, including survey design, methodology development, and data analysis
- Create detailed and professional deliverables, including, but not limited to, analysis plans and presentations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
Client Partnership
- Communicate directly with clients to understand business needs and objectives, providing expert guidance throughout the project
- Present research findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to client teams
- Collaborate with Account Development to ensure alignment on client expectations and project goals
Insights Development
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that address client business questions
- Translate findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives tailored to client needs
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of insights delivered
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success and virtual content & operations, to deliver cohesive and impactful client solutions
- Support a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement with the Insights group
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, including best practices and training programs
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in quantitative research, market research, or shopper insights
- Strong understanding of research methodologies, including survey design, data analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with the CPG or retail industry is preferred
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present confidently to clients
- An eagerness to contribute to a culture of camaraderie, recognition, and innovation
Salary and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000
Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, and experience.
