About The Position

Customer Operations manages client projects and objectives across retail planning and execution and leverages best in class innovative technologies to deliver high quality, scalable virtual content and insights. We enable customers, through expert methodology and powerful insights, and best in class tools, to make confident and informed business decisions that yield an ongoing ROI. We are made of up three key areas of expertise: Customer Success, Insights, and Virtual Content & Operations. We utilize deep cross-functional knowledge to cohesively execute customer priorities on time, on budget and at highest quality.

 

As a Senior Analyst, Insights, you will play a key role in executing research projects and uncovering actionable insights for our clients. You will be responsible for conducting detailed analyses, creating data-driven narratives, and supporting the delivery of high-quality client deliverables. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for using data to solve complex business problems.

 

 Responsibilities:

 

Research Execution

  • Assist in the design and development of research projects, including survey creation, data collection and methodology execution
  • Analyze quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that address client business challenges
  • Support the preparation of client deliverables, such as data charts, dashboards, and presentations

 

Data Analysis & Insights Development

  • Conduct in in-depth analysis of complex datasets, applying statistical techniques and storytelling skills to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with the broader Insights group to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in reporting

 

Client Support

  • Work alongside Managers and Sr Managers to ensure client needs are met, including responding to data-related inquiries and refining deliverables based on feedback
  • Support the presentation of findings to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their objectives

 

Collaboration & Learning

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success and virtual content & operations, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance analytical capabilities

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or shopper insights
  • Strong foundational knowledge of quantitative research methods and tools
  • Familiarity with the CPG, retail, or shopper insights industries is preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in analysis and deliverables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to team success
  • An eagerness to contribute to a culture of camaraderie, recognition, and innovation

 

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000

Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, and experience.
