Gaea Global Technologies Inc., an Argano Company, is an award-winning Oracle Partner that provides consulting and enterprise solutions for supply chain and project portfolio management.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time salaried direct Integration Developer to join our rapidly growing LATAM division. While the position will be 100% remote work-from-home, we would like the consultant to be in the general area of the Mexico City Metro.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • 1–5 years of hands-on experience in system integration (max 5 years of experience is preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development.
  • Hands-on experience with XSLT (XSL Transformations) for XML data transformation and mapping.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Java/Python/ JavaScript etc.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting integration solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Willingness to learn and work with new technologies based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Develop, maintain, and support integration services and APIs.
  • Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, validation, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
  • Analyze integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
