We are seeking a PMIS Consultant with specialized expertise in Project Management Information Systems (PMIS). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between project management and technical systems, providing functional analysis to translate construction business requirements into working system configurations.
Key Responsibilities

Possess a strong functional knowledge of the cost control and project delivery modules within Oracle Unifier or e-builder applications

Firm handson work experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier/e-Builder application with the ability to create forms, reports, workflows, custom business process development, configuration, and configure cost sheets & cash flows

Must have a thorough knowledge of Unifier and Cost Controls to execute full-cycle development, configuration, implementation, and support of complex BP (business process) solutions.

In-depth understanding of Oracle Primavera Unifier UDesigner / eBuilder modules , basic knowledge of SQL, User defined reports & Configuration deployments

Access management and administration support to technical queries from clients/Users and project teams.

Participate in solution testing (unit testing/UAT support), documenting results and assisting with issue resolution.

Collaborate with Cross functional & integration teams for configuration support

Provide day-to-day support during deployments (triage questions, reproduce issues, document defects, coordinate fixes).
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 6–7 years in project controls specifically within the construction or heavy infrastructure domain.

PMIS Implementation: Minimum 2 PMIS project implementation experience

Technical Expertise:

Proven hands-on experience in e-Builder or Oracle Primavera Unifier configurations.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
