Supply Chain Management Business Development Executive

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an Individual Contributor/Leader to provide Sales and Business Development for our Supply Chain Management team. You will have these skills to deliver results:

  • An experienced prospector, poised to grow the organization through sales and active client engagement. The ideal person will be a proven 'door kicker'. 

  • An individual contributor holding the primary relationship to successfully engage and qualify new clients and to ensure clients derive long term business value from our services.

  • Drive beyond just making connections. This will require a charismatic and energetic leader, not hung up on titles and focused on obtainable results

  • A proven professional with success for maneuvering within the Oracle relationships to leverage opportunities. Skilled in crafting go-to-market strategies and focusing on revenue growth for Oracle EBS, Supply Chain Cloud Platforms. 

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE POSITION?

Please Note:  Not all candidates who apply will be selected for an interview but these are the desired characteristics being considered 

  •  Demonstrated experience in selling enterprise supply chain management (hardware/software/devices) or related cloud software solutions to Manufacturing, Healthcare, CPG or other related industries required. Saas platforms and logistics technology sales are preferred

  • Experience independently closing individual accounts with revenue over $100K+

  • Average deal size $50K.

  • Experience in Cloud Saas software sales (Saas) business models and sales.Oracle SaaS sales world

  • Proficient in concepts around cloud-based solutions and infrastructure. 

  • Creative thinking and proactive problem solving.

  • Experience managing and directing the entire sales cycle from beginning to close.

  • Ability to question, qualify leads and prepare clients for value propositions.

  • Candidates will be strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge and skill set.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Open to travel within North America and Internationally.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication in English.

MUST HAVES: 

  • 5+ years sales of Enterprise Warehouse Software Systems or Logistics software or hardware product sales that are reliant on accurate tracking. 

  • At least an intermediate level in using Google platform.

  • Motivated, self-starter attitude with a passion for innovation and problem-solving

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
