We develop long-term relationships with clients and create process improvements in the Supply Chain Management industry using Oracle Cloud software.

Acting as a client representative, the OTM/GTM consultant will advise and implement best practices.

Responsibilities

Acts as a liaison between Gaea, Clients and subcontractors to arrive at the best solutions for the project team
Acts on behalf of the client in taking ownership of scope of work and direct deliverables
Makes recommendations to improve client success
Executes a dedicated plan and detailed functional specifications from customer requirements
Expand distribution of products into new and existing accounts while assisting sales team
Attend sales calls with the Oracle representatives in the field as needed
Travel of 20-25% during peak times, but primarily a remote position

Required Skills and Experience

Oracle Transportation Management/ Global Trade Management (min 3 years).

Consulting experience and a solid technical aptitude working with SaaS and cloud based applications and technology.

Transportation management & logistics domain expertise.
Execution of system integration, performance test planning, analysis and system conversion processes.
Self-directed proficiency with the ability to work independently on assigned projects or tasks.
Team player with strong organizational skills, including the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
Possess exceptional delivery of training and customer support in cloud based WMS applications.
Travel of up to 25% to client site or training events at peak times

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor degree (BE/BTech/B.sc/BCA) Masters (ME/MTech/M.Sc/MCA) in Computer Science related field and/or equivalent years of experience in the required technology
Oracle Global Trade Management Cloud and Oracle Trade Management and proven history working in one or all of these modules.
Implement, conduct change management, design testing and training to enable adoption.
Consulting as a solution architect to assist and advise in OTM & GTM implementations.
Deliver customized solutions to improve flow, process improvement and client productivity.
Design testing and integration of Oracle WMS Cloud, EBS modules and other Oracle SCM software.
Optimize supply chain systems and act as a liaison working to make functional requirements into process efficiently.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience creating, analyzing, and configuration of cloud software.
Oracle Transportation Management Cloud, or Oracle Global Trade Management Cloud or Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud experience and history working in one or all of these modules.
Logistics domain expertise and the ability to establish an industry specific customer profile.
Experience in Integrations to/from OTM>M.
Productive knowledge of Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud systems.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to proactively multitask in an agile environment.
3+ years of configuration, techno-functional experience.
Oracle WMS Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist.
Develop and execute unit-test and integration test scenarios with functional resources.
Work with other business process owners, end-users and project team members to effectively implement OTM/GTM on schedule.
Provide technical support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting) for OTM/GTM.
Document technical configurations, integrations and functionality of OTM/GTM.

Desired Qualifications

Presentation skills, competent in both oral and written communication are a plus
