We are currently recruiting for a full-time salaried direct Business Development /Sales Executive. Work will be performed from a home-based office with travel to client locations as needed.

We are currently conducting a search for a Senior Level Business Development / Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing Professional Services division.
The ideal person will have demonstrated successful experience selling Enterprise level Managed Services.
The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor with proven success in developing integrated marketing plans, external sales execution and a solid pipeline of viable prospects.

- Create a solution sales approach through education, cost vs investment, and time saving deliverables.

- Using all resources to prospect, cold call, warm call, set appointments and successfully maneuver prospective objections.
- Poised as an industry expert and subject matter expert to C-Level prospects and users.
- Strongest contenders have a solid technical understanding of Oracle EPPM and cloud-based technology.
- Self-directed proficiency with the ability to work independently on assigned projects or tasks.
- Team player with strong organizational skills including the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
- Presentation skills, competent in both oral and written communication are a MUST.
- Possess an engaging stage presence in the delivery of value propositions and best practices.

REQUIRED 'MUST HAVES’
Minimum of 5 Successful years of sales in the Professional Services industry, i.e., Primavera P6 Scheduling, Cost Controls, Construction Management, Project Management and/or any other Oracle Experience, specifically in ERP or Big Data Sales, with proven success.
Prior knowledge of Oracle EPPM suite of products.
Desire to revolutionize how clients view data.
Interest and ability to travel domestically as needed, and work from a home-based office when not traveling. Must be willing to travel with little notice and when necessary. Must be conveniently located near a major airport for ease of travel.
BS/BA or MS Degree in Business Management or Engineering or have equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
