Oracle Primavera P6 Planner/Scheduler - Mid-level

The ideal person has functional knowledge of Primavera P6 and Unifier software. The role requires proficient skills working in Construction Project Schedules the ability to work as a leader in an independent setting as well as working with a remote team.

NOTE: For consideration, candidates MUST be a current EU Citizen and be local to the Dublin area. No exceptions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Project management and project scheduling activities within the Gaea team and the client staff members.
Identify process gaps in document and contract management and suggest process changes to help resolve issues.
Work with multiple sites in supporting the internal document management tool, and the setup of document hierarchy structures.
Scheduling in Primavera P6 and a strong understanding of Excel reports.
Project Management process development and reporting.

MUST HAVES:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or a related field preferred; or equivalent years of work experience.
A minimum of 4 years in project management.
Schedule management using Primavera P6, MS Project, or a similar ERP software system.
Provide on demand reports using Excel or similar software system.
Exceptional time management skills.
Superior communication in both oral and written form.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATES CONSIDERED WILL HAVE:

5+ years or more of proven data management experience in Primavera P6, Unifier, or similar Enterprise Project Management software.
Software expertise in Primavera P6 and working knowledge in Oracle Unifier and Excel.
An understanding of construction management, project controls processes and construction phases of project control management desired.
PMI Certification or Prince 2 is not required but preferred.
Strong understanding of systems and data with above average analytical skills to view different dimensions of project data.

LOCATION:

THIS POSITION IS NEAR DUBLIN, IRELAND. Work may be remote, (pandemic situation considered), however, some onsite presence may be required and Covid protocols followed.
Must be an EU Citizen currently; no sponsorships of any kind available. No relocation expenses provided. Must be local to the Dublin area.
