Data Migration Analyst
Gather requirements and document current business practices.
Analyze business processes and data according to the end state deployment of a large tool implementation.
Experienced with data analysis, process improvement, reporting, forecasting and change management.
Advanced Excel experience.
Prior experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping and cross functional team communications.
Recommend and direct changes in operating procedures to improve efficiencies.
Stay up-to-date on project budgets and project spending.
Examine data to help with reducing cost in all operations.
Providing financial models.
Making financial forecasts.
Required Skills and Experience
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, MSIT or a related field preferred; Or equivalent years of work experience.
2 years experience professional experience in design/construction document control
Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; minimum of 2 years of IT related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated competency in data analysis and/or data migration.
Knowledge and/or experience with Unifier, Primavera or other Oracle based systems is a plus.

Proven experience as an analyst.

Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.
Aptitude to succeed in a stressful and deadline-oriented environment.
Strong technical and numerical skills with advanced Excel skills.

Knowledge of data tools.
Travel occasionally to train or mentor with team members.
3+ years experience
Prior knowledge of Unifier, Primavera, Oracle EBS, Netsuite, Hyperion, Essbase Downloads, Advanced MS Excel and Google Suites are extremely helpful.
Prior reports built for the Construction Industry focusing on Project Controls, Cost Controls, Business Processes is a plus.
