This is a full-time salaried direct position.  Work will be performed remotely from a home-based office.  Normal business hours with some flexibility to accommodate team members in other time zones.

What is the role of a Unifier Configuration Analyst? 

The Unifier Configuration Analyst reports directly to the department director with either an internal or an on site presence in support of Gaea’s client.  The Unifier Configuration Analyst represents the organization and manages a professional relationship with both internal and external team members. 

• Assist PM’s with coordinating activities within the Gaea team and the client staff members

• Understand gaps in processes and document them for future resolutions 

• Set up meetings

• Coordinate travel and schedule meetings

• Attend meetings and take meeting minutes

• A minimum of 2 years in an analysts role of cost estimation position

• Provide on demand reports using Excel or similar software system 

• 3+ years of proven data management experience

• Associates Degree in Business management or equivalent experience in business administration

• Software experience/exposure to administrative system, Unifier and/or Primavera P6 Contract Management, MS Project, Excel, SAP, Salesforce and other similar software highly desirable

• An understanding of construction management, project controls processes and construction phases of project control management desired

• Ability to understand and deliver P6 analytical data reports
