Ideal candidates will be comfortable in B2B sales. This role requires the unique talent to successfully engage and qualify new customers. While we have warm leads, you will also focus your skills on identifying new prospects in the Supply Chain and Warehouse Management industry. Your positivity and driven personality will enable you to build and promote the CLS brand and mission. In addition to sales activities, you will gain insights into other core teams and functions within the landscape of the target industries.
Provide product demonstrations in both web based service events or onsite. demonstrations when possible; presenting the value proposition of a new SaaS product to interested leads.
Attend trade events and marketing opportunities as they arise.
Prepare professional presentations to prospective customers and deliver a clear concise message about CLS.
Manage the sales process for a niche market to develop business opportunities.
Identify and increase client subscriptions to Cloud Label Services.
Effectively manage a sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, sales activities and target forecasts.
Liaison with resident experts to promote Cloud based solutions.
Maintaining the daily activity in relationship development and support business leads.
Promote Oracle Supply Chain Management connections (Cloud, On-Prem).
Seek opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement within the sales process.
Ability to work well with a team SME’s and solution architects to assist the customers with implementation post sale.
Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills are required.
Close/negotiate contract sales.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of experience working in a sales environment, with proven ability to deliver proven results of increased revenue.
Ability evangelize the value of a new product in a secure market.
Strong preference for candidates who have previous sales experience in supply chain and warehouse management, inventory control and/or SaaS.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) - ability to clearly communicate complex technology strategies into actionable insights.
Detail-oriented and passion for problem-solving.
Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
Knowledge of data tools is a plus.
Advanced Degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years experience is preferred.
Prior knowledge of Oracle EBS suite of products.
Prior B2B pipeline built for the warehouse management, supply chain, or distribution management software preferred.
