We are currently sourcing and recruiting for a Director, Revenue & Growth; Cloud Label Service. Cloud Label Service (CLS) is a cloud-based SaaS solution that gives organizations the freedom and flexibility to easily manage the supply chain label lifecycle.  CLS enables collaborative networking with suppliers to ensure that stakeholders always have current and correct label templates. 

Who are we looking for? Cloud Label Service is currently looking for a charismatic and energetic Director, Revenue & Growth, to take up the challenging role of building a market for the Cloud Label Service platform. The Director, Revenue & Growth is responsible for crafting go-to-market strategies, product & brand penetration strategies, and focusing on revenue growth for the Cloud Label Service platform. The role should also focus on growing a diverse customer base for Cloud Label Service. The preferable candidate should have held Senior Sales Executive roles and have exhibited proven sales leadership to develop and implement revenue driving strategies, which create long-term customer and business value. Demonstrated experience in selling enterprise supply chain labeling (hardware/software/devices) or related cloud software solutions to Manufacturing, Healthcare, CPG or other related industries required.  Should have 5+ years of experience and have consistently exceeded their target sales quota with a minimum of USD $1M+ in revenue are eligible to apply. Minimum of 5+ years sales of Enterprise Labeling Systems or Logistics software or hardware products that are reliant on labeling and accurate tracking. What will you be doing?

● Own and manage all aspects of growth, including but not limited to sales, content marketing, advertisement, and analytics. Promote product growth by defining, developing, and implementing product strategies, roadmaps, and features.

● Maintain sales pipeline and close new business.

● Optimize growth funnels through data analysis and client research.

● Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities for our solutions.

● Develop and execute initiatives to reach new prospects and companies.

● Provide clear direction for team members by setting targets, prioritizing tasks, assigning responsibility, and monitoring workflow.

● Optimize business analytics and streamline business development processes.

● Collaborate with other departments to design and develop opportunities to increase engagement and identify qualified prospects.

● Use business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling campaigns, and develop accounts on a continual basis.

● Work with the CEO to ensure all customer touchpoints are consistent with the brand.

● Effectively articulate the solution capabilities with impactful storytelling.

● Outstanding verbal and written communication in English.

● Excellent interpersonal skills.

● Creative thinking and proactive problem solving.

● Open to frequent travel within North America and Internationally.

● This individual will be an experienced and efficient leader with excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. Will build and lead a winning sales team and organization through hiring and inspiring team members.
