About the Internship:
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our summer internship program in the Immunology team. This individual will play an important role in supporting our ongoing research and development efforts in the field of immunology. Duration: 10 weeks. From June to August 2023.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with cell culture and laboratory experiments related to drug discovery
- Develop, under supervision, a robust in vitro immunology assay for drug discovery
- Contribute to data analysis
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings
- Present the findings at the end of the internship to the group team meeting
Qualifications:
- Interest in immunology, cell biology, drug discovery, and inflammatory diseases
- Ability to keep and maintain records
- Capable to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Knowledge/Education:
Currently enrolled as a junior in an undergrad, Bachelor's, or master’s degree program in Immunology, Biology, or a related field.
Experience:
0-3 years of undergrad training/industry experience. Significant laboratory experience through undergraduate research, advanced laboratory courses, or equivalent.
