Contract & Legal Document Support

  • Review and support negotiation of standard agreements, including Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), NDAs, and similar documents.
  • Populate and prepare contract templates for sales and partnership requests, ensuring alignment with approved terms and risk parameters.
  • Coordinate internal review and approval workflows.

Legal & Compliance Triage

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for internal legal and compliance requests.
  • Assess, prioritize, and route matters appropriately based on risk and urgency.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of requests across departments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–7+ years of experience in a paralegal, compliance, or legal operations role within a regulated environment (financial services, banking, healthcare, or fintech preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of consumer compliance considerations (bankruptcy, complaints, regulatory expectations).
  • Experience supporting legal processes such as subpoenas, contract review, and regulatory filings.
  • Ability to interpret legal documents and apply requirements operationally.
