Your Impact at Kinnate


The IT Manager and all-around help desk generalist will support a rapidly growing targeted oncology organization. The right person will be responsible for executing day-to-day IT operations, project management, data security, site networking, video communications and inventory management in a scaling organization

 


Key Responsibilities:

 

·        Hardware and software support in our mixed Apple & PC, Office 365 environment.

·        Act as the go-to resource for IT requests throughout the organization, supporting our 2 offices and remote workers.

·        Maintain helpdesk ticketing system, finding ways to streamline and improve employee support

·        Set up new SSO integrations for cloud applications ensuring security and efficiency.

·        Work closely with the People Team to manage, execute and refine employee on/off-boarding processes

·        Assess vendors, evaluate products and develop test strategies for new hardware and software solutions

·        Partner with vendors and key stakeholders across the organization to determine need and implement a correct-sized approach to designing and implementing new IT systems and services.

 


The Right Stuff

 

BS in Computer Science, MIS, or similar field preferred.

2-4 years of experience working in IT operations as an IT manager or IT department lead supporting 100+ users (onsite and remote)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, and Security (PowerApps and Power Automate a plus)

Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.

Practical experience with Cloud Computing services, security, reporting and auditing

Experience with SAML 2, and Oauth2 SSO applications.

Experience with Asset Management or Mobile Device Management like InTune, Kandji or Jamf is a plus.

Experience with designing, testing, and deploying systems using proven or emerging technologies in a variety of technologies and environments

Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize

Experience with ERP and HRIS systems a plus

Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.

A self-starter comfortable with ambiguity.

Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing and able to quickly learn new technologies.
