Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, and print. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign timelines are met.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and compelling content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, website content, and email newsletters. Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and targeted audience.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and target audience preferences to identify opportunities and support marketing strategy development. Provide recommendations based on findings to support marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. Monitor and report on social media trends, user feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile and analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics. Prepare reports and present findings to the marketing team, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Event Coordination & Support: Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships. Support logistics, including venue selection, booth setup, collateral preparation, and post-event evaluation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, copywriters, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and execution of marketing initiatives. Collaborate on brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, provide valuable input, and ensure consistency and alignment in marketing communications.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, managing budgets, and maintaining marketing materials inventory.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience in marketing or communications is preferred but not required. Internships or relevant coursework will be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems.
  • Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content creation and marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their management.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and concepts including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
