Parasoft provides automated testing solutions to maximize software development quality, compliance, safety, and security.  The Parasoft Customer Success team is responsible for new customer onboarding as well as driving adoption and expansion within existing accounts.

Parasoft Customer Success Managers (CSMs) work closely with customers to understand requirements and key use cases.  Part coach, project manager, liaison, technical consultant and product expert, Customer Success Managers are focused on helping customers successfully address their testing requirements utilizing Parasoft solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new customers (or end users), introducing them all available Parasoft resources, including the customer portal, forums, online training, and webinars  
  • Increase customer value realization from Parasoft by driving usage and adoption of these resources over time
  • Be a dedicated partner to our customers to discover business challenges and drive successful outcomes using Parasoft solutions and best practices
  • Understand and help our customers meet their objectives and KPIs
  • Conduct onsite meetings, workshops, and roadmap reviews for Premium Support customers
  • Work with other Parasoft cross-functional team members (Development, Sales, Product Management) to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions
  • Advocate customer needs and issues across function
  • Drive subscription renewals, customer advocacy and long-term customer retention


Qualifications

  • B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or professional experience in software testing and quality assurance, particularly test automation
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in the management of all testing lifecycles across multiple varied projects
  • Experience working with large, complex, enterprise customers
  • Knowledge of DevOps and understanding of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Ability to learn and understand the Parasoft solution set and articulate the solutions to our customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas, and customer-facing skills
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
  • Experience in Customer Success, Technical Support or Professional Services is a plus
