No Experience? No Problem!
We welcome all new behavior technicians and provide comprehensive training in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a scientific approach to understanding behavior. You'll receive on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth, such as achieving your Registered Behavior Technician certification and becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide 1:1 care in group, home, school, and community settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training techniques.
  • Collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and support the BCBA with clinical assessments.
  • Follow and record prescribed behavioral skills and reduction protocols.
  • Collaborate with a treatment team, including clients, parents/caregivers, outside professionals, and co-workers while maintaining client confidentiality.
