Talent Acquisition Rep:

Create and maintain an extensive database of ABA providers available for staffing clients. Skills required: seeking a driven, creative candidate with out-of-the-box thinking skills who can generate innovative provider recruitment ideas.

Hours: Full-time or Part-time.

Location: Remote or In-person. Salary plus commission.

Job Duties

 

• Create and maintain Provider recruitment strategy
• Initiate and maintain provider pipeline
• Track pipeline and ongoing recruitment efforts on a weekly basis
• Recruit providers for both ABA as well as DIR team (BTs & BCBAs / Players & Supervisors)
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure streamlined focus and staffing success
