Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with providers throughout the intake process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, including:
    • Assisting providers with intake forms and Viventium setup
    • Helping providers obtain PETS clearance and complete fingerprinting requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the rest of the team (e.g., Supervisor, Client Advocate, BCBAs) to streamline onboarding and support processes
  • Update documents and spreadsheets, as providers progress through the onboarding process
