We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to direct and manage our organization's Architecture, Engineering, and Construction business unit activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

Duties for the General Manager will include allocating budget resources,
formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities.

Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will
assist our organization to maintain relationships with clients, generate
new business, increase staff productivity, improve service, ensure
sustainability, and meet business objectives.

The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions with ability to collaborate across disciplines as a team, exceptional budgeting, and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities.

The General Manager will account for all business activities, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue to meet growth objectives. They will maintain good relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image and allocate business resources against their business plan. The General Manager will formulate business policies, coordinate business operations, engage with vendors, manage cost and monitor financial activities. They will coordinate business operations, hire, train, monitor, and motivate staff.

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Management in a B2B software sales environment strongly preferred
  • Knowledge & experience of selling SaaS products
  • Experience in managing net new business sales in both software and services/solutions

What is Required:
BS/BA in Business/Finance, or a related field, MBA a plus
