ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and creative B2B Marketing Manager to join our team at knk. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategies to drive customer awareness, engagement, and retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A knk B2B MARKETING MANAGER

- Create, execute and review marketing plans that support our business objectives and deliver tangible outcomes (KPIs).
- Oversee paid advertising efforts across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Manage email marketing initiatives, including specific audience groups and monitor campaign performance.
- Create and execute lead generation campaigns (performance marketing).
- Create marketing materials (print, digital, video) using Adobe InDesign, Canva, and other design tools and maintain brand standards.
- Work closely with the Global Marketing Team and external agencies on diverse projects.
- Ensure consistency with company branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
- Monitor and analyze website performance and provide insights.
- Plan, organize, and execute both onsite (Conferences, Book Fairs for example) and virtual events, webinars, and online workshops with cross-functional teams to engage with prospects and customers.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership team.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 3+ years of Marketing experience, within a Business Software Solution/Technical industry is a plus.
- B2B marketing experience is a must.
- Experience with lead sourcing campaigns, especially with LinkedIn, as well as the accommodating tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Canva, and other graphic design tools.
- Experience working with marketing automation systems.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing including SEO, paid advertising and email marketing strategies.
- Experience in planning and executing both onsite and virtual events, webinars, and online workshops.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
